10 Things To Help Improve Your Mood😄

Hey, sorry I haven't posted lately. Without keeping you much longer lets get into it⇉

1. Go Outside🌳

 Go for a walk, run, cycle or just go out and be with nature and breath in some fresh air and let go of your worries. Hopefully you'll feel rejuvenated and happy.

2. Get Enough Sleep 💤

I personally am very guilty of staying up into the morning and then sleeping the day away. I find that when I wake up early I'm not as tired as if I got up later, even if I got less sleep.

3. Forgive🤝

 You don't need to be best friends or that what they did was right, but I believe it will help you move on. You can also show people that you are the bigger person. Gandhi once said "The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong."

4. Love Yourself💓

We are all perfect as we are and we could all use some work.

5. Be Thankful

Be thankful for everything you have because those things you take for granted someone else doesn't have.

6. Show Kindness

It's pretty self explanatory, but showing kindness can bring you a sense of joy even if its just opening a door for someone.

7. Smile😊

When I smile it improves my mood I'm not sure why but it does. Did you ever hear that smiling is contagious? Because when I smile the world looks brighter.

8. Listen To Music And Rock Out Like Nobody Is Watching🎶

9. Do Yoga And Breathing Exercises

This one is also pretty straight forward, I'm not really sure what to say other than it will help calm you and improve your mood😉

10. Do Something You Love💗

If it makes you happy do it!

  7. This list is absolutely perfect! Going outside even just to stand in the fresh air works wonders for me.
    I'm no good at the bending and holding bit of yoga but the breathing exercises are spot on.
