🖤Clear Start // Review🖤
Okay, so today I'm going to be doing something kind of different, and that is because I'm going to be doing a review. The product I'm going to be reviewing is Dermalogica Clear Start Kit.
Around two or three years ago I received this kit as a present from my cousin. I didn't really start using it until maybe March. I never had any really major problems with really bad breakouts (touch wood) but I still found this product really helpful.
The first product, step 1, is a foam wash the clears away dead skin cells, dirt and excess oils that cause breakouts, for morning and evening use. To use this you spread a thin layer onto your face and anywhere you want to clear away the breakouts
The second product, step 2, is a mist purifying toner that controls excess oils, for morning and evening use. To use it you just spray it all over your face and let it absorb.
The third and fourth products, step 3, are a matte moisturiser and daily treatment. The matte moisturiser is an oil clearing hydrating formula, for morning use. To use it you simply just apply it all over the face and neck. The daily treatment is a lightweight lotion/ treatment that prevents pimples and helps wipe out breakouts before they emerge. This is also for morning use. To use you just apply it to your cleansed face.
The fifth product, step 4, is an overnight break out clearing treatment that ensures you wake up with fewer breakouts. Use this nightly for extra clearing. To use once again after cleansing and toning blend a smooth layer into your skin and let it absorb.
Overall I really like this product, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good break out clearing set. The small tubes make them easy to pack away into your makeup bag. After using these treatments my face feeling hydrated and smooth, and it visibly looks less oily.
These can be purchased at the Dermalogical website for £26/€29.50.
Thanks for reading, I know this is a bit different to what I normally do but I've been planning on writing this for ages and never got around to finishing it. Please leave a comment if you enjoyed this post and would like to see more reviews and similarly if you wouldn't. What is your go to spot treatment?
